Rule & Restriction

• Extra bed is available in Deluxe, Bungalow and Private Villa rooms only, at US$ 25 Nett/adult and US$ 15 Nett/children below 12 years old per night, inclusive of breakfast for one person. Baby Cot is free of charge and subject to availability
• Maximum room occupancy: Two adults and no extra room charge up to two children under 12 years of age, staying in the parent's room utilizing the existing beds. Children breakfast charges are still applicable as below.
• Breakfast policy for children: Children below 6 years old will be free of charge. Children from 6n to 12 years old will be extended a 50% discount at US$ 9 Nett/person.
• Any amendment or cancellation made 3 days prior to check-in date will not be charged. Deposit for at least one night might be required to guarantee your reservation at that point of time.
• Add USD 25 more for an extra bed.
• Check-in time at 14:00 or sooner, Check-out time at 12:00.
• Late check-out: 12:00 - 18:00 is subject to 50% room change for 1 night staying. After 18:00, full night charge is applied.
• Reserved room will be held until 18:00 on the arrival date, unless guarantee by credit card or special arrangement are made.
• Payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Traveler's Cheques, Bank Transfer and Cash.
