Rates are inclusive of:

Extra bed and Child policy:

• There is no charge for accommodation for children of under 12 years old sharing the same room with parents if no extra bed or breakfast requested

• A surcharge of US$ 20 per room per day will be applied during the peak season.

Rule & Restriction:

• Any amendment or cancellation made 3 days prior to check-in date will not be charged. Deposit for at least one night might be required to guarantee your reservation at that point of time.
• Check-in time at 14:00 or sooner, Check-out time at 12:00.
• Late check-out: 12:00 - 18:00 is subject to 50% room change for 1 night staying. After 18:00, full night charge is applied.
• Reserved room will be held until 18:00 on the arrival date, unless guarantee by credit card or special arrangement are made.

Rooms with 48m2 in size and featuring 5 star quality rating with all rooms having windows of garden, ocean & city views.
